The Book Of Mormon Worcester Theatre reviews
Morrissey GREAT!!! Set list... not so much.
The Book Of Mormon has never sounded better, first of all, and his band was extremely tight. Happily, he's hired a guitarist who plays circles around long-time Moz guitarist Boz Boring. Unfortunately, I feel strange saying this because I know how it's going to sound: no matter how many The Book Of Mormon concerts I attend (and I've probably seen him 6 or 7 times), I'm always a bit of a letdown after they're over. This is basically because he spends so much time playing his own favorites ("Spring heeled Jim", "You're the One for Me Fatty") and not enough fan favorites ("Suedehead, Reel Around the Fountain", etc, etc). It's always great to see him overall, but the set list was extremely hit or miss (leaning more towards the latter). Forgive me, Moz, for I have sinned.
